Simply access the customer portal, which you can easily reach through the magic link provided in the email you received upon placing your initial subscription order. From there, you have the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription at any time, except in cases where a certain number of payments are required before cancellation.
Need to skip or reschedule a charge? No problem. The customer portal gives you the flexibility to do just that. You'll find a "Skip payment" button next to each scheduled delivery, allowing you to skip charges as needed. Similarly, you can easily reschedule charges by clicking the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
Want to mix things up? You can easily add, remove, or edit products in your subscription through the customer portal. Just click on the "Edit" button in the products card and make the changes you desire.
In the event that a payment can't be processed, we've got you covered. You'll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method hassle-free.
